1. Adults only (18+)
OnionHost is intended exclusively for adults (18 years or older). By installing and using this application you declare that you are of legal age. We collect no data to verify age, but use by minors is prohibited and is the responsibility of the device owner.
2. Data we collect
None. OnionHost does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers.
Requires no account or registration.
Contains no analytics, advertising, or trackers of any kind.
All website files remain stored only on the user's device.
We have no access to published content or to the .onion addresses generated.
3. Third-party services
The application bundles the free software Tor to connect to the Tor network. Operation of that network is the responsibility of The Tor Project, Inc. under its own policies. User traffic goes through the Tor network; OnionHost neither controls nor logs it.
4. No responsibility for published content
OnionHost is a publishing tool. Users publish their own files from their own device under their own sole responsibility.
The developer is NOT responsible for:
Content any user publishes through the application.
The use third parties give to published sites.
Legal, copyright, or intellectual-property infringements committed by users.
Availability, privacy, or security of published sites, which depend solely on the user's own device and connection.
Any illegal content published by a user is the sole responsibility of the publisher. The developer has no technical ability to moderate, know about, or remove such content, since the app stores and intermediates nothing.
5. Data deletion
Users may delete their sites and all application data at any time from within the app or by uninstalling it. No copy remains with the developer.
6. Complaints and contact
For complaints, claims, or any communication related to this application:
Formal complaints: may be filed with the Yopal Chamber of Commerce (Colombia) under the consumer-protection mechanisms of the Consumer Statute (Ley 1480 de 2011).
7. Changes to this policy
Any change will be published at this same location and in application updates. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
